INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
- unzip the downloaded rar file and place all the files (not the houses folder) in Content\Buildings
- choose ONE house file, i've included pngs so you can see what each houses/greenhouse combination is, and rename it 'houses.xnb' and place in Content\Buildings
